The Most Important Meal of the Day May Just be your Best. EVER.
Wake to the smell of freshly brewed coffee as early as 8am, but by all means, begin your day when you want. A delicious three course breakfast will be carefully and expertly prepared by Molly and served in the dining room at 9 a.m. Molly has years of experience in hospitality and is an exceptional chef. Breakfast menus change daily, as she likes to take advantage of fresh, in season fruits and berries, like blackberries that grow profusely down behind the big barn, as well as other fresh fruits like raspberries, strawberries, peaches, and blueberries which are so abundant in the Finger Lakes.
Molly’s breakfast favorites are vegetable quiche or apple-stuffed French toast, scrambled fresh eggs and local bacon or homemade sausage followed by a sweet course consisting of warm Amish sticky buns, blueberry sour cream coffee cake, or lemon scones which you can slather with homemade jams and jellies. Also, there will be juice, smoothies or a fresh local fruit and yogurt parfait.
We will happily try to accommodate dietary restrictions with 48 hours’ notice. We will also be happy to recommend local restaurants for dining in the area when you are planning the rest of your day!
